We offer several options for you to validate or substantiate our estimates.

The DPR Self-Perform Advantage

Each DPR region may self perform some or all of the following trades:

Concrete, including structural concrete work such as foundations, slabs, and horizontal and vertical concrete, as well as tilt-up construction

Drywall and taping

Doors, Frames and Hardware

Additionally, we typically self perform rough carpentry, light demolition and clean up, and in some instances, we have performed other trades, such as acoustical ceiling work.
